Advance Agrolife Manufacturing units are designed to undertake various kinds of chemical reactions as:

1st UNIT is designated under technical grade. The company established a technical manufacturing plant for 2,4-D series of products with the largest capacity of 15,000 MT per annum.

2nd UNITis designated for Sulphur-based products. Advance Agrolife is one of the largest Sulphur-based product manufacturers in India with a capacity of over 50,000 MT per annum. This facility is fully capable and well-equipped for all types of WDG products.

3rd UNIT is designated for the formulation of different types of pesticides, allowing flexibility to produce new products in a short span of time and scale up to meet clients demands. The facility is integrated with processes starting from procurement of raw materials, quality checks, mixing, blending, pre-delivery inspection, and final dispatch. It can manufacture formulations such as EC, EW, SL, WP, SP, WDG, DF, SC, CS, ME, SE, SG, ZC, ZW, and OD.

Advance Agrolife holds a sophisticated and modern state of production facilities with fully pre-programmed machinery for the formulation and technical synthesis of agrochemicals.

All facilities are equipped with the latest technology and fully mechanized. It undergoes routine in-process check-ups, quality control, and an unbiased review system.
